Satamashoteka

At Mrcheveli, play is recognized as an essential part of childhood development. Our space, Satamashoteka (The Toy Library), features a curated collection of over 100 developmental toys and games. Each item is purposefully selected by our pediatricians and psychologists to support your child’s specific developmental stage.

Designed for children aged 3 to 8 years, Satamashoteka offers opportunities for individual play, peer interaction, and parent-child play. Each 60-minute session is guided by our psychologists and psychological assistants, ensuring that each child engages with toys tailored to enhance core skills – including speech and language, cognitive reasoning, fine and gross motor abilities, social interaction, and independence.

Key Features of Satamashoteka
  • Targeted Developmental Screening: We utilize the German developmental screening test (ET 6-6-R) to identify a child’s specific strengths and developmental goals, allowing our specialists to recommend the most effective toys and activities for their unique profile.
  • Support for Early Learning: The Toy Library serves as a structured environment for children who do not attend preschool, offering them opportunities to gain new skills, build confidence, and socialize with peers.
  • School Readiness: Through purposeful play, children develop the foundational emotional and behavioral skills necessary for a successful transition to early childhood education and daily social environments.
