On September 19-20, “Mrcheveli” hosted the Open Medical Institute (OMI) Satellite Symposium in Pediatric Radiology. The event was organized in collaboration with the Georgian Association of Ultrasound (GAU) and the Georgian Association of Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiology (GACIR).
The keynote speaker, Professor Erich Sorantin (Head of the Department of Pediatric Radiology at the Medical University of Graz, Austria), discussed the latest advancements and innovations in pediatric radiology.
The symposium featured presentations from leading Georgian specialists in the field: Malkhaz Mizandari, Mariam Kutateladze, Nikoloz Sainishvili, Tamta Azrumelashvili, Sopho Mikiashvili, Lasha Kochiev, Manana Mezvrishvili, Nino Toria, Ana Chekurishvili, Irakli Medzmariashvili, Elene Gotsiridze (“Mrcheveli”), and Lela Inaishvili (“Mrcheveli”).
The program included interactive workshops and the clinical review of complex medical cases. At the conclusion of the two-day symposium, all participants were awarded official certificates.
