Aleksandre Tavadze is a pediatric rheumatologist and pediatrician at Mrcheveli, whose practice focuses primarily on pediatric rheumatology while providing comprehensive general pediatric care. He manages a wide range of complex rheumatologic conditions, specializing in chronic inflammatory and autoinflammatory disorders in children, such as Familial Mediterranean Fever (FMF), PFAPA, and other autoinflammatory syndromes. He also addresses growth and developmental concerns, alongside everyday pediatric health.
Aleksandre has completed several international fellowships and training programs across Europe. He gained valuable clinical experience at the pediatric rheumatology department of the Giannina Gaslini Institute in Genoa, Italy, in 2022 and 2023. Additionally, he completed a fellowship at the Center for Hormones and Metabolism in Mainz, Germany, participated in a pediatric gastroenterology training program in Salzburg, Austria, and attended a practical course in orthopedics and traumatology in Klaipėda, Lithuania.
